Working behind the scenes is a trademark of EPIC. We seldom publish our name or seek to own property, buildings, or equipment. Our goal is catalytic missions. Get in, get done, and get out. The best work will be done by those in the culture so we work quietly assisting them for rapid exponential growth of churches. We see ourselves as “shadow missionaries” who instruct, encourage, “coach,” and shape local leadership. Some call it the “See one, Do one, Teach one” approach.

| EPIC uses innovative means to gain access and minister effectively among unreached peoples. We consider ourselves to be flexible and sensitive to the unique needs of each unreached people group. There are no “cooker cutter” approaches and always-successful methods. We attempt to find where God is working and join Him there and be ready to adapt. |
